Pharmaceutical outsource packaging company Brecon Pharmaceuticals has increased its bottling capabilities with the installation of a Swiftpack SV2-12-EFS bottling system as part of a £300 000 spend on a new packaging line.
The SV2 handles a wide range of bottle and cap designs, including screw-on and push-on, and has been integrated into Brecon’s automatic line to provide capper, checkweigher, labelling and bandwrapper capabilities. Both the cartoner and labeller systems are fitted with Pharmacode and other component verification systems.
